Day Wise Itinerary

Arrival in Nairobi – Kenya’s Capital Gateway
  • Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, where you will be met and assisted for a private transfer to your comfort-category hotel. After check-in and time to relax from the flight, you may enjoy a gentle orientation of the city depending on arrival time.
  • Nairobi is the only capital city in the world with a national park at its doorstep, and today is kept light to acclimatize.
  • Overnight stay in Nairobi.
Nairobi City Highlights & Giraffe Encounter
  • After breakfast, set out for a curated Nairobi sightseeing experience. Visit the Giraffe Centre, where you can hand-feed endangered Rothschild giraffes, followed by the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, a deeply moving conservation experience (subject to visiting hours).
  • Later, explore the Karen Blixen Museum, former home of the “Out of Africa” author, giving insight into colonial Kenya. The afternoon includes time at the Kazuri Beads Women’s Cooperative or local craft markets. Return to the hotel for a relaxed evening.
  • Overnight in Nairobi.
Nairobi to Amboseli National Park (Road Transfer)
  • After breakfast, depart by private road transfer to Amboseli National Park (approx. 4–5 hours), driving through rural Kenya with views of Mount Kilimanjaro appearing as you approach the park. Arrive at your safari lodge in time for lunch.
  • In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive, famous for large elephant herds roaming against the backdrop of snow-capped Kilimanjaro. Expect sightings of lions, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species.
  • Dinner and overnight stay inside or near Amboseli.
Full Day Safari in Amboseli
  • Today is dedicated entirely to Amboseli. Early morning and late afternoon game drives offer the best wildlife viewing and photography opportunities. Between safaris, relax at the lodge and enjoy views of Kilimanjaro when weather permits.
  • Amboseli is also rich in Maasai culture, and a optional Maasai village visit can be arranged to understand local traditions.

Amboseli to Lake Naivasha (Road Transfer)
  • After breakfast, depart Amboseli and travel by road to Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley (approx. 6–7 hours including scenic stops).
  • The landscape changes dramatically to volcanic escarpments and freshwater lakes. On arrival, check into your lakeside lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on Lake Naivasha, spotting hippos, fish eagles, and abundant birdlife, followed by a guided walking safari on Crescent Island, where you walk among giraffes and antelope.

Lake Naivasha – Hell’s Gate & Relaxation
  • After breakfast, explore Hell’s Gate National Park, known for its dramatic gorges, cliffs, geothermal activity, and wildlife viewed on foot or bicycle (optional).
  • This park inspired the landscapes of The Lion King. Return to the lodge for lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure enjoying the serene lakeside environment.

Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara (Road Transfer)
  • Post breakfast, depart for the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve (approx. 5–6 hours). Arrive at your safari lodge or tented camp in time for lunch.
  • In the afternoon, set out on a thrilling game drive across endless savannahs, home to the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. The Mara is also renowned for cheetahs and vast plains teeming with wildlife.

Full Day Safari in Masai Mara
