If lost, include a note.

Submit your own recent bank statement, covering the past three months, with an official stamp and signature from the bank.

The statement should be no more than one week old at the time of application.

Recommended bank balance is at least SEK 450 (INR 3,300/-) per person per day for the entire trip.

Original and copy of the passport both current and old.

If extended, enclose a copy of the extension page and any observation page.

Recent photograph not older than six months

Mention your name, travel details, expenses, and purpose of the visit.

The appointment letter must include essential information such as the traveller's name, appointment date, time, and location.

Hotel reservations or rental documents of holiday homes or campus residence reservations for your entire Schengen stay.

Income tax return for the last two financial years

Original and copy of passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel
